We developed the name Hots n Cots as a means of explaining basic human needs, a shelter that is safe from predators, and meals to nourish our bodies. This expression has become the first line for law enforcement to criminalize human beings who struggle to meet these basic needs of their own accord as a reference to incarceration.
Hot’s N Cot’s is for everyone stuck between a rock and a hard place. We will offer practical resources that not only empower the individual, but also invest in the community.
Volunteer Programs are designed to be our love language of knowledge. We believe that by matching through those who have accomplished the goals needed to achieve the participants dream life we empower each other.

Founder Story
Hot’s N Cot’s was founded by Mandy Drury, whose passion for social justice and community empowerment inspired a new approach to fighting homelessness and poverty. Drawing from her diverse experience and commitment to humanitarian causes, Mandy envisioned a platform that uses technology to unite volunteers, organizations, and those in need into a powerful network of compassion and action. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves warmth, nourishment, and a safe place to rest, and that sustainable change comes from empowering individuals with dignity and opportunity. Through Hot’s N Cot’s, Mandy continues to build a movement that transforms generosity into measurable impact, bridging gaps and creating lasting hope for communities worldwide.
